RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Petalbaby, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return Contact us at abdiabdissa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and provide return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
- Return shipping address will be provided once your return is approved
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection
- Please retain your tracking number until your refund is processed
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item is defective or we shipped the wrong item)
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you and provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.
Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been washed, worn, or used
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items marked as final sale at checkout
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange - we'll provide instructions.
